Summary
Requires the Department of the Treasury to establish procedures to ensure that every claim for a 2020 recovery rebate is resolved before December 31, 2020. A recovery rebate is the stimulus payment provided by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act or the CARES Act to individuals and their dependents in response to the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic.
