Summary
Requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to report on its use of waivers with respect to requirements for buying certain articles only from U.S. sources (i.e, Buy American requirements). DOD must assess in its report the impact on the use of such waivers due to the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic.
