Summary
Expands access to specified assistance related to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) by providing that the receipt of legal gaming revenue shall not disqualify a person from receiving certain benefits. Under current law, businesses that derive more than one-third of their gross annual revenue from legal gaming activities are ineligible for Small Business Administration loans.
