Summary

To amend the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 to repeal desert terminal lakes assistance. This bill amends the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 to repeal the Desert Terminal Lakes Program. (The Department of Agriculture program requires the transfer of certain Commodity Credit Corporation funds to the Bureau of Reclamation to provide water to at-risk natural desert terminal lakes.)
