Summary

Requires the Health Resources and Services Administration to establish a demonstration project under the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program to increase the number of health care providers in rural areas. Specifically, eligible participants who agree to serve for 5 years in such a rural area may receive up to $25,000 in loan repayments for each year of service.
