Summary

To require the release of all records relating to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, and for other purposes. This bill directs the President to make a determination about whether to release any record relating to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy that was not released on October 26, 2017. Such records shall be released within two days of that determination.
