Summary
HUBZone Equity Act This bill amends the Small Business Act to redefine "Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business concern" as a small business concern that is at least 51% owned and controlled by U.S. citizens (as under current law) or lawful permanent residents of the United States.
