Summary

To provide that the Social Security Administration pay fees associated with obtaining birth certificate or State identification card for purposes of obtaining a replacement social security card for certain victims of domestic violence, and for other purposes. This bill directs the Social Security Administration to pay, upon the request of a victim of domestic violence, dating violence, family violence, sexual assault, or stalking, the fees charged by any governmental authority associated with obtaining the birth certificate or state residence identification card in order to obtain a replacement Social Security card for such a person.
