Summary
Be Open Act Better Enrollment Options Protect Employee Needs Act This bill amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to repeal the requirement that employers with more than 200 full-time employees that offer enrollment in one or more health benefits plans automatically enroll all new full-time employees in one of those plans.
