Summary

Revises the requirement that the Department of Justice maintain a public database regarding foreign agents with information contained in the agents' registration statements, including to require the information to be in a digitized format.

Title

To amend the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938 to ensure online access to the registration statements filed under such Act, and for other purposes.
