SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 958
 
 
  In Memory
  of
  Dwight Dale Conway
 
         WHEREAS, Family and friends are mourning the loss of Dwight
  Dale Conway of Brenham, who passed away on April 21, 2017, at the
  age of 47; and
         WHEREAS, A native of Denver City, "D" Conway was born on
  October 22, 1969, to Glenda and Wayne Conway; after graduating from
  Denver City High School, he went on to earn an associate degree in
  oil-field technology from South Plains College; in 1998, he married
  the love of his life, the former Brandi Lange, and over the years,
  the couple were blessed with two children, Cash and Carli;
  Mr. Conway and his family put down roots in Brenham, where they
  became valued congregants of the Cowboy Church; and
         WHEREAS, This esteemed Texan enjoyed a rewarding career in
  business, working closely with his partner, best friend, and
  brother, Shan; together, they established and sold their first
  company before purchasing NWIS Training in Burton; Mr. Conway
  also co-owned D&B Endeavors, a real estate investment business,
  with his wife; and
         WHEREAS, Known for his love of the outdoors, Mr. Conway was
  an avid hunter and counted fishing from his boat in Galveston
  among his favorite pursuits; he could often be found entertaining
  family members and friends, and above all else, he delighted in
  traveling with his wife, showing cattle with his daughter, and
  spending time with his son when he was home from college; and
         WHEREAS, Although his days were far too few, D Conway
  embraced life to the fullest, and he will forever hold a special
  place in the hearts of those who knew and loved him; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th
  Legislature, hereby pay tribute to the memory of Dwight Dale
  Conway and extend heartfelt sympathy to his relatives and many
  friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  his family and that when the Texas Senate adjourns this day, it do
  so in memory of D Conway.
