R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Women's History Month is held in March to celebrate |
|
|
the myriad contributions made by women in every field and facet of |
|
|
our society, and this observance provides a fitting opportunity to |
|
|
recognize the exemplary service of Gisela Dagnino; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Dagnino has distinguished herself through her |
|
|
dedicated efforts as chief operations officer for the stormwater |
|
|
utility of El Paso Water, and the skill and professionalism she has |
|
|
demonstrated in this important role have earned her the respect and |
|
|
admiration of her fellow Texans; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through her deep commitment to her duties, |
|
|
Ms. Dagnino greatly benefits the customers she serves, and her |
|
|
achievements make her a worthy role model for other women in public |
|
|
utility administration; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The Lone Star State is fortunate to have passionate |
|
|
and engaged leaders like Gisela Dagnino, and she may take |
|
|
justifiable pride in her contributions and in the inspiring example |
|
|
she has set for others; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Gisela Dagnino for her service as chief |
|
|
operations officer for the stormwater utility of El Paso Water and |
|
|
extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in all her |
|
|
endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Dagnino as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
