| WHEREAS, Whitney Delcourt is serving as a member of the Pilot | ||
| Point City Council and she is indeed deserving of recognition for | ||
| her outstanding contributions to the community; and | ||
| WHEREAS, In her role with the Pilot Point City Council, | ||
| Ms. Delcourt partners closely with other council members to ensure | ||
| that constituent needs are met and the city's goals, including | ||
| infrastructure improvements and other major projects, are | ||
| achieved; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Each day, public servants improve the quality of | ||
| life for their fellow citizens in innumerable ways, and the efforts | ||
| of Whitney Delcourt are helping to make Pilot Point an even better | ||
| place in which to live and work; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas | ||
| Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby commend Whitney Delcourt | ||
| for her service to the City of Pilot Point and extend to her sincere | ||
| appreciation for her outstanding service to the community; and, be | ||
| it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for Ms. Delcourt as an expression of high regard by the | ||
| Texas House of Representatives. | ||
