R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, The successful operation of the Texas House of
  Representatives during the 85th Legislative Session has been
  greatly enhanced by the dedicated efforts of house journal clerk
  Jennifer Teigen Doran and her staff; and
         WHEREAS, The House Journal Clerk's Office prepares,
  publishes, and maintains the official journals of house proceedings
  and makes this record of legislative history available on a daily
  basis, including transcription of legislative debate; the office is
  also responsible for operating the voting system and maintaining
  recorded votes; and
         WHEREAS, In addition to Ms. Doran, the office staff includes
  Ansley Brown, Scottie Hagen, Alyssa Nunez, Gisele Requena,
  Keri
  Shell, Madison Vega, Angela Bauman, Emily Spurgin-Rodriguez,
  Bri'Aunna Madison, and Janette Slegers; and
         WHEREAS, With skill and precision, Ms. Doran and each member
  of her fine staff have ably supported the members of this chamber
  throughout this regular session, and their service is greatly
  appreciated; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Jennifer Teigen Doran and the staff of
  the House Journal Clerk's Office and extend to them sincere best
  wishes for the future; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for the office as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
