R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, Graduation from high school is one of life's pivotal
  milestones, and Lorenzo Rodriguez III is celebrating that
  significant achievement as a member of the Class of 2017 at the
  Americas High School Libertas Academy in El Paso; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Rodriguez is among the students who have
  completed their secondary education in the academy's Advanced
  Academics Program, which features specialized curricula focused on
  law, government, and public administration; and
         WHEREAS, The son of Norine Enriquez and Lorenzo Rodriguez,
  Mr. Rodriguez has participated in the SkillsUSA Texas program, in
  addition to devoting himself to the rigorous course of studies
  required of the academy's students; he plans to pursue a
  professional career as an FBI agent; and
         WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this
  outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join his family and
  friends in recognizing him as he embarks on a future bright with
  promise; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate Lorenzo Rodriguez III on the
  occasion of his graduation from the Americas High School Libertas
  Academy and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success
  and happiness; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Rodriguez as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
