R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, For 25 years, Frances Garcia has distinguished
  herself through the compassionate care she has provided to her
  fellow Texans as the owner of Angelitos Primary Home Care; and
         WHEREAS, Ms. Garcia started the company in 1998 out of a
  desire to use her health care expertise to help others, and today,
  the business offers a variety of services, including home nursing
  and physical, speech, and occupational therapy; over the years, she
  has expanded her operation to encompass Angelitos DME and Angelitos
  PHC in Port Isabel; and
         WHEREAS, A lifelong resident of Mission, Ms. Garcia
  graduated from Mission High School in 1977; after completing
  studies to become a licensed vocational nurse, she embarked on her
  career in health care; in all her endeavors, she enjoys the love and
  support of her sons, Joey Guerra and Steven Alaniz and his wife,
  Corina, and she relishes the time she spends with her
  granddaughter, Evelyn; in her leisure hours, she enjoys exercising,
  traveling with friends and family, visiting the beach, and
  listening to George Strait; and
         WHEREAS, Through her dedication, professionalism, and
  passion for health care, Frances Garcia has made a positive and
  lasting difference in the lives of countless area residents, and
  she may indeed reflect with pride on her many accomplishments as she
  celebrates this special milestone in her career; now, therefore, be
  it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
  Legislature hereby honor Frances Garcia for her 25 years of service
  with Angelitos Primary Home Care and extend to her sincere best
  wishes for the future; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Ms. Garcia as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
