| WHEREAS, The service of an admired Bandera County elected | ||
| official drew to a close when the Honorable Eino Zapata retired as | ||
| justice of the peace for Precinct 3; and | ||
| WHEREAS, During his time in office, Judge Zapata served his | ||
| fellow citizens with distinction, completing a notable tenure that | ||
| spanned 12 years; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Through his dedicated leadership and commitment to | ||
| good governance, Eino Zapata has helped make Bandera County an even | ||
| better place in which to live and work, and he has set a standard of | ||
| excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby congratulate Eino Zapata on his retirement as | ||
| justice of the peace for Bandera County Precinct 3 and extend to him | ||
| sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for Judge Zapata as an expression of high regard by the | ||
| Texas House of Representatives. | ||
