| WHEREAS, The service of an admired Menard County elected | ||
| official drew to a close when Ann Kothmann retired as county clerk | ||
| in 2018; and | ||
| WHEREAS, During her time in office, Ms. Kothmann served her | ||
| fellow citizens with distinction, completing a notable tenure that | ||
| spanned four years; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Through her dedicated leader | ||
| ship and commitment to | ||
| good governance, Ann Kothmann has helped make Menard County an even | ||
| better place in which to live and work, and she has set a standard of | ||
| excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby congratulate Ann Kothmann on her retirement as | ||
| county clerk for Menard County and extend to her sincere best wishes | ||
| for the future; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for Ms. Kothmann as an expression of high regard by the | ||
| Texas House of Representatives. | ||
