R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy has served with distinction as a |
|
|
legislative intern in the Office of State Representative Terry |
|
|
Meza, contributing his time, talents, and expertise to serve House |
|
|
District 105; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy has provided exceptional assistance |
|
|
to the legislative office, contributing policy research, |
|
|
communication assistance, constituent services, and general office |
|
|
assistance; and maintained perfect attendance |
|
|
WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy has demonstrated outstanding |
|
|
leadership and professionalism throughout his internship, |
|
|
utilizing his excellent communication and interpersonal skills to |
|
|
build positive relationships with colleagues, constituents, and |
|
|
community partners; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy has shown a high level of academic |
|
|
achievement, currently pursuing a B.A. in Government at University |
|
|
of Texas at Austin's College of Liberal Arts; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy, has exemplified the values of public |
|
|
service, commitment, and excellence, serving as a role model for |
|
|
his peers and inspiring others to pursue their goals and |
|
|
aspirations; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
|
commends Matthew McCoy for his outstanding contributions to the |
|
|
Office of State Representative Terry Meza, his commitment to |
|
|
excellence, and his professionalism; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED That an official copy of this resolution be prepared |
|
|
for Mr. Matthew McCoy as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
