| WHEREAS, T. J. Daniels of Longview Christian School | ||
| distinguished himself by taking part in the 2021 Texas Association | ||
| of Private and Parochial Schools Track and Field State | ||
| Championships; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Joining other top high school competitors from | ||
| throughout Texas at Panther Stadium in Hewitt on May 1, Mr. Daniels | ||
| turned in notable performances in the 2A 110-meter and 300-meter | ||
| hurdles, securing fourth-place and fifth-place finishes in his | ||
| respective races; and | ||
| WHEREAS, By earning the opportunity to compete in this | ||
| premier showcase for high school track and field athletes, T. J. | ||
| Daniels has ably represented his school and community, and he may | ||
| indeed reflect with pride on his accomplishments; now, therefore, | ||
| be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby congratulate T. J. Daniels on participating in | ||
| the 2021 TAPPS Track and Field State Championships and extend to him | ||
| sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for Mr. Daniels as an expression of high regard by the | ||
| Texas House of Representatives. | ||
