A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the requirements for placement on a general primary
election ballot as a candidate for certain judicial offices.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Sections 172.021(e) and (g), Election Code, are
repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect January 1, 2016
