| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 755.029(c), Health and Safety Code, is | ||
| amended to read as follows: | ||
| (c) A certificate of operation must be posted [ |
||
| in a conspicuous place on or near the boiler for which it is issued. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. | ||
