No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to adopt rules to establish minimum standards for the creation and operation of an air ambulance subscription program. HHSC and the Department of State Health Services indicated the provisions of the bill could be implemented using existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
