The bill would amend the Local Code to allow county commissioners courts to require electronic submission of bids or proposals for competitive bidding. 

Local Government Impact

Dallas County does not anticipate a significant fiscal impact to the county. Tom Green County does not anticipate a significant fiscal impact to the county.
