HB3510 by Lambert (relating to work from remote locations by certain employees of certain entities licensed by the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted |
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC) anticipates that the bill would likely result in a reduced number of licensed locations, reducing the revenue assessed by the OCCC. The OCCC is a self-directed, semi-independent state entity and does not receive appropriated funds. The OCCC notes that they would likely need to offset this loss by an increase in fees.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
