Amend CSHB 3924 (house committee printing) on page 2, between lines 22 and 23, by inserting the following appropriately numbered section and renumbering subsequent sections and cross-references to those sections accordingly:
Sec. ____. COVERAGE OF ESSENTIAL HEALTH BENEFITS. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, nonprofit agricultural organization health benefits must provide coverage for the essential health benefits listed in 42 U.S.C. Section 18022(b)(1) and other benefits identified by the United States secretary of health and human services as essential health benefits.
