Amend HB 2976 (house committee report) on page 1, between lines 16 and 17, by inserting the following appropriately numbered subdivision and renumbering subsequent subdivisions accordingly:

(____)  include the communication and reunification processes the school district or open-enrollment charter school plans to implement following any mass shooting incidents that occur at the district or school campus;
