Amend HB 25 (house committee report) on page 2, line 4, between "SEX." and "(a)", by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection and relettering subsequent subsections of the section and cross-references to those subsections accordingly:
(____) This section applies only to a student's participation in an interscholastic athletic competition. This section does not apply to a student's participation in a team practice or an intramural competition, regardless of whether the team or competition is designated for the biological sex opposite to the student's.
