Bill Title: As enacted, applies the hours for the sale of beer on Sunday to the area of the county outside of a municipality that adopts liquor-by-the-drink in a referendum, unless the county legislative body by a 2/3 vote sets the hours for the sale of beer on Sunday in areas outside such municipality. - Amends TCA Title 57, Chapter 4 and Title 57, Chapter 5.
