Bill Title: As enacted, requires a court to find that limitation of a parent's residential parenting time is in the best interest of the minor child before limiting such time because the parent has engaged in willful abandonment or abuse of the parent, child, or another person living with the child. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 6.
