Bill Title: As enacted, authorizes a county board of public utilities in a county with a central purchasing authority, at the discretion of the governing body of the county, to make purchases relating to urban type public facilities in accordance with purchasing policies approved by the governing body of the county. - Amends TCA Section 5-16-105.
