Bill Title: As enacted, clarifies that a health care professional voluntarily providing health care services to a patient at a clinic that does not charge the patient or a third party receives the same immunity from liability as a health care professional providing services for a sponsoring organization that charges the patient based on a sliding income scale. - Amends TCA Title 63, Chapter 6, Part 7.
