Bill Title: As enacted, authorizes wineries and farm wineries to purchase or import finished wine product and use or dispose of the finished wine product in any manner otherwise authorized for the use or disposal of wine manufactured, bottled, or produced by a winery or farm winery; revises other related provisions. - Amends TCA Section 57-3-207.
