Bill Title: As introduced, increases the time which a sheriff is required to advertise any evidence that is ordered to be sold following the conclusion of a judicial proceeding in a newspaper of general circulation, from at least 30 days prior to the sale to at least 45 days. - Amends TCA Title 18, Chapter 1, Part 2; Title 39 and Title 40.
