Bill Title: As introduced, permits a winery or farm wine producer that manufactures, or produces, as applicable, 50,000 gallons or less of wine in a year and that operates a satellite facility to directly supply the satellite facility with wine, without obtaining the wine from a wholesaler; clarifies that wholesalers may permit wineries and farm wine producers to transport their own products for retail sale. - Amends TCA Section 57-3-207.
