Bill Title: As enacted, revises terminology used to describe the relationship of physicians to advanced practice registered nurses and physician assistants; specifies that a licensed physician with whom a physician assistant collaborates has the duty to assure that the activities of the physician assistant are appropriate; revises other related provisions. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 53; Title 55; Title 56; Title 63 and Title 68.
