Bill Title: As enacted, requires the state funding board to report a single estimate of state revenue for the upcoming fiscal year as opposed to a range or multiple estimates; the board is to present the single estimate to the governor and the chairs of the finance, ways and means committees of the house of representatives and the senate. - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4; Title 9 and Title 67.
