Bill Title: As introduced, requires the bureau to submit to the federal department of health and human services a Section 1115 waiver that would expand medicaid eligibility to Tennessee residents who suffer from an opioid addiction and earn less than 138 percent of the federal poverty level as long as the eligibility only lasts for the duration of the person's involvement in a substance abuse treatment program approved by the bureau. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 56 and Title 71.
