Bill Title: As enacted, specifies that a person who authorizes the practice of teledentistry will be deemed to be practicing dentistry and subject to requirements governing dentistry; requires dentists who deliver services using teledentistry to establish protocols for the practice; enacts other provisions governing teledentistry. - Amends TCA Title 63.
