Bill Title: As enacted, makes it a Class E felony for a person, other than a person authorized to issue or dispense prescriptions, to knowingly sell, deliver, or aid and abet a person in the sale or delivery of a drug and use TennCare to obtain the drug. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 5, Part 26.
