Bill Title: As introduced, requires the department of economic and community development, in cooperation with the department of environment and conservation, to annually study and develop a plan for promoting adventure tourism and other recreational activities; adds requirement that the department of economic development report such findings to the general assembly no later than March 1 each year. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 9; Title 11; Title 64; Title 67; Title 68; Title 69 and Title 70.
