Bill Title: As enacted, requires the comptroller to file with the utility management review board a copy of the audited annual financial report of a financially distressed utility district within 60 days from the date the audit is filed with the comptroller; allows the board to submit amendment suggestions to the governor and the comptroller. - Amends TCA Title 7 and Title 68.
