Bill Title: As enacted, removes the delinquent tax attorney compensation provision for Montgomery County that allowed the county to pay up to 20 percent of delinquent taxes collected to the attorney; places Montgomery County with all other counties which are allowed to pay up to 10 percent of delinquent taxes collected. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 5.
