Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits pharmacy benefit managers from prohibiting a pharmacy or pharmacist from informing patients of all relative options pertaining to their prescription medications, including the cost or effectiveness of alternative medications, and whether a cash payment would cost less than an applicable insurance copayment or deductible. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 7 and Title 63, Chapter 10.
