Bill Title: As enacted, specifies that if a local government adopts mandatory sprinkler requirements for one-family and two-family dwellings pursuant to present law that would apply to dwellings used as establishments providing sleeping accommodations to transients for less than 30 nights per stay, then those mandatory sprinkler requirements will be applied only to those dwellings constructed on or after the date the mandatory sprinkler requirements took effect. - Amends TCA Title 11; Title 12; Title 47; Title 48; Title 57; Title 66; Title 67 and Title 68.
