Bill Title: As enacted, authorizes the department to seek a federal grant from the federal department of health and human services' health resources and services administration, or any other applicable entity, to develop a training program for certified nurse practitioners in treating and processing a minor who is a victim of certain sexual offenses; requires the training program to be free of charge for participants. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 38; Title 39; Title 63 and Title 68.
