Bill Title: As introduced, provides that failure of a drug and alcohol test, or refusing the test, in a drug-free workplace makes the injured employee ineligible for workers' compensation benefits related to an injury; removes requirement for proximate causation. - Amends TCA Title 50, Chapter 6 and Title 50, Chapter 9.
