Summary

As introduced, creates a private right of action for an employee who suffers injury as a result of receiving a COVID-19 vaccination if the employee receives the vaccination because of an employment requirement established by the employer; allows the court to award damages including medical expenses, lost wages, and reasonable attorney's fees. - Amends TCA Title 49.
