Summary
As introduced, prohibits discrimination based on a person's vaccination status for COVID-19 or possession of a vaccine passport showing either immunity to or vaccination from COVID-19; prohibits the use of public funds, personnel, or property to implement or enforce a federal law, executive order, rule, or regulation that, in the judgment of the attorney general, has the effect of discriminating against a person based on the person's vaccination status, violates the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, or harms this state's economy; requires the attorney general to review laws at the request of members of the general assembly. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 21; Title 50; Title 58, Chapter 2 and Title 68.
