Summary

As introduced, authorizes private employers to adopt dress codes for employment and service that require employees and persons on the employer's business premises to wear a mask to protect against COVID-19; provides immunity to private employers who implement and reasonably enforce such dress codes. - Amends TCA Title 29 and Title 50.
